Thank you for your interest in the Town of Jupiter's annual Fall Fest, formerly known as Harvest Fest! Fall Fest 2016 will be held on Saturday, October 1st at 1-6pm at the Plaza Down Under on the Riverwalk.

Fall Fest is a free, family-friendly event that draws about 3,000 attendees. This year's event will feature popular local string band, Uproot Hootenanny, a special kid's fall carnival area, and for adults, an Oktoberfest style beer garden.

When selecting merchant vendors for Town of Jupiter events, the following are primary considerations:

Theme related items. For Fall Fest, we're looking for vendors who sell seasonal fall items. This can mean a number of different things including plants and vegetables, fall crafts and decorations, handcrafted soaps or candles, etc. You're items may have a Halloween theme as well. In the application, make sure you describe how your items relate to fall.

Affordable items. Our events are free and our event attendees appreciate reasonable prices. Now, we know that's not always feasible. However, if you can offer budget-friendly items, along with more expensive items, then you're appealing to a larger audience.

Professional presentation. We expect a professional, clean, attractive display. This means vinyl banners with no wear and tear, covered or skirted tables, etc. Spaces are approximately 10'x10' and displays should not "creep" into another vendor's booth space. A photo of your event setup may be requested.

Space constraints. We anticipate having about 25 booths available for merchant vendors. Since space is limited, we want to ensure offerings match the Fall Fest theme.

Please note, previous acceptance to Town events does not guarantee acceptance for this year's event. We make every effort to rejuvenate our events from year to year, which can mean selecting new vendors.

Emails will be sent to those who are accepted and those declined. If accepted, please be prepared to pay the $35 event space fee.
